“Quality is good but your aim of dispatching orders (apart from boot liners) in 3 to 5 working days was not adhered to - I waited a full 14 days for delivery of my order.”

“One of the floor fixings on the passenger mat is not working, so the mat moves around ! Not good enough for your quality control”

“The quality of seat cover was great, only prob was one filled really snugly and the other seat cover is really baggy. They do the job though and the stitching is lovely.”

“Ordered a boot liner in August, contacted customer support end of September when I still had not received it. Turns out they never started production and I wonder if it ever would have shown up had I not contacted them. After several back-and-forths I finally received the product mid December. Product quality is good, although the velcro doesn't stick as well as I would have hoped. Customer support was really friendly, so that brings is up to 3 stars.”

“Great product but communications about delay in delivering was v poor. No phone number and then email response is that it could take several days to reply! Not the best customer service and when you place the order they should advise you then that there would be a delay”

“Mats not an exact fit but maybe because I didn't add a trim around the edge,main problem is the smell of rubber so bad I've removed them and now using my old mats,hopefully after leaving them in fresh air for a week they'll be ok,got what I paid for I suppose.”

“Appear to be good quality. Initially, they had an unpleasant smell but that soon dispersed. However my drivers mat, for a Suzuki, the holes for the securing pegs did not match up.”

“Would be better if the front seat covers could be fitted with a bit to tie them down under the seat and the back seat cover a bit longer so that it's fitted over the seat”

“I ordered two have my van covers embroidered with my business name PLD Son & Daughters but received them without also there are only two seats in a NV200 and you sent me four covers very disappointed when I opened them .”

“The seat part fits very well but the back section, which is looped around the headrests, is about 2 inches too small on both sides so the back part of the seat is not fully protected.”

“Mats are exactly as described and are very good , order was delayed by quite a few days and no contact from the seller , when I contacted them they explained the delay but I think the seller should be more informative, worth the wait mats are very good.”

“The mat itself is of good quality and fits the floor space well. The only niggles are: - the heel pad does not come far enough to the right to support the accelerator foot - the company is bad at communication. I sent an email explaining that we would be away when the mat was due to be delivered, but I never received a reply.”
