“Customer service could be a lot better.why .put my order in on a Saturday made a mistake with the date.so email customer service Saturday afternoon .customer service email me back say they ad got my email back of them to say they ad received my email.then didn’t receive any thing till Tuesday morning.and customer service email to say it ad been to late to change ? .so sent me the wrong one .and if a sent it back they would charge me to send it back .and when a went to royal mail they couldn’t find the address or postcode. The one you ad sent me was the address of howdens joinery.so email you back .”

“Excellent quality but mat is about 10mm too long at apex of the end that sits in the boot opening and therefore sits on plasitic boot trim.”

“Product is good only problem was it was delivered in a cardboard box with no inner packaging so when i returned home from work the box was completely soaking wet and hence the seat cover and boot mat were soaked through and stained .”

“Really impressed with the seat covers. They were a lovely snug fit. They look and feel quality. The car matts were okay, functional, fitted well but the quality wasn't as good compared to the seat covers. The finishing with the braiding could be a bit tidier and lets things down. I am pleased with the seat covers, satisfied with the matts but dissapointed with the length of time it took to receive my order. There was no indication at the point of oredering that it would take more than 3 to 5 business days. I had to chase the items, and there was still no communication from Car Mats UK.”

“Not a good fit for the latest GLC it’s ok but the side pockets are now near useless. The flap you pull over the rear bumper needs to be in different fabric on the side that’s personalised, my cocker spaniel can only just get up and it’s very slippy/smooth not helping him at all.”

“It took 3 weeks for delivery, received no communication until I put in a PayPal dispute. Then mysteriously a few hours after a dispute was opened it got shipped and I was emailed. It arrived the day after. The item itself fitted my boot really well but the price is ridiculous. It's the same quality and material as the 25 quid one I bought from ebay, so about 90 quid more for this one. Definitely not worth the wait, or the price.”

“The car mats are well designed and come of high quality, the only issue I have was the packaging. It was just placed in clear plastic bag, so ruined the surprise for Christmas.”
