Customer service could be a lot better.why .put my order in on a Saturday made a mistake with the date.so email customer service Saturday afternoon .customer service email me back say they ad got my email back of them to say they ad received my email.then didn’t receive any thing till Tuesday morning.and customer service email to say it ad been to late to change ? .so sent me the wrong one .and if a sent it back they would charge me to send it back .and when a went to royal mail they couldn’t find the address or postcode. The one you ad sent me was the address of howdens joinery.so email you back .
