I found the order pending/out for delivery emails a bit confusing and didn’t really understand why my order wasn’t processed until a few days after my order. The product I received is of very good quality and fits size wise but the oval fittings are too thick to be able to be twisted and locked in position.

Unfortunately despite picking the correct mats for my car the fitting holes didn't line up for the rear set which was disappointing.

Not what I was expecting at all. Iv had boot liners in the past and this is poor quality. Really think fabric and the sticky tape that comes with it does not stick to the car very well. Only had it a few days and it's already came off a few times.

The quality of the seat cover seems fairly good, but the fit is really not great.

I am very pleased with the quality and service but the mats do not have the holes in the right place for my 2023 MG5 EV Estate. The holes are too close together and therefore cannot be secured firmly. Can something be done about it? I have left a message by phone.

I hesitated before writing this. I only read the Trustpilot reviews after I bought from CarMats, if I had read it I would never have bought from them. Unfortunately all the negative comments are true. The so called 'fully tailored' Volkswagen Golf MK7 2012-2020 Boot Liner does the job but is hardly fully tailored. It is obviously cut from a pattern which is understandable but does not totally fit the boot which is should. So now the worst part; the last of customer service. I had spoken to a polite lady who helped with my decision before ordering, after that all manners went out the window. 1. No courier tracking information. Very blunt, ill mannered, 'blank' replies came when asking for tracking information. This should be normal, I was made to feel as if I were asking a huge favour. I asked for a reply, I got nothing in return. I wont be ordering from them again and suggest you find your car mats elsewhere.

The driver's mat fits the area, but the holes for the locating studs do not line up. I can have the left or the right one clicked into place, but not both. I'm waiting for a response from CarMats directly from an email I sent them earlier this week. It also took me over a week to get the order finalised having spoken to 3 different, but very pleasant ladies, but different every time having to go through everything again and again and again.

Hi received item within a few days the packaging was good, unfortunately the carpet was of poor quality even after paying the extra £30.00 to upgrade to premium quality, very disappointing, can't see me using this company again. John

Not the best experience by any stretch. Ordered a boot mat with a bumper protector. The mat arrived but the protector did not. The customer service advisor was polite but I had to wait a few more days for it to arrive. When it did, it was the wrong size. The web page shows an image that does not represent the actual product. I accept that I should have double-checked the measurement but when you have already selected the car make and model and you're presented with an image of what you think you're going to receive, the automatic response is to believe that's what you've ordered. Thankfully, the situation was (finally) resolved satisfactorily.

Shortly after placing an online order, I phoned to cancel the order - I was assured that the cancellation was all actioned I haven't been refunded yet and I have now received the mats -

Mats came quickly, but not the right one. I wanted Kuga mats 2012-2019. Realising that the website was leading to the 2020-current version I aborted and started again making very sure I was on the 2019. I pressed the pay button and then I got the invoice for 2020 mats and I couldn't go back. Realised straight away but as it was weekend I sent e mail messages and left a message on the ansaphone. All Ignored as was my follow up phone call. I got the 2020. It fits but not exactly.

The car mats for the rear seating wells have no cutouts to accommodate the front seatbelt anchor points, therefore they don't fit very well.

Ordered late on 20th December, paid for 24 hours delivery but didn't receive until 24th. If you can't offer a service, please don't charge for it, and please don't use Christmas as an excuse. Still awaiting a refund of the shipping costs.

Quick service and product as described. However EXTREMELY disappointed with how it was delivered!! NEVER have I had something delivered in clear packaging which my husband signed for an he now knows what his Christmas present is.. along with this the packaging was also ripped. So I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery and the fact it was in flimsy clear packaging when it was supposed to be a surprise gift.. because of the packing I can’t rate it high as it’s completely messed up my Christmas surprise.
