Poor quality in terms of how they were packaged, protected and shipped. Mats should of been rolled not folded, huge creases.

Ordered luxury car mats on Wednesday morning, never got a confirmation email rang up three times to ask for an email nothing! got my package 7 working days later in the wrong name! Wrong postcode, driver wouldn’t give it to me due to wrong name and and postcode 😡 and the worse thing is they aren’t luxury

It’s very difficult to write a review as I haven’t received the liner yet. Youre request for a review could be better timed when I had received the goods. I don’t want to write a review now as it might not reflect the product, only the slow delivery of the goods. It appears that I have to rate now otherwise it won’t let me past this page. Unfortunately I can only review as I see it then.

Ordered best quality mats. They sent me inferior mats and then sent replacements. Not expert quality as promised. I would have got better quality mats from Halfords

So frustrated and disappointed. Ordered a full set of seat covers after reading the reviews of how great this company is. They sent them out within a few days and guess what, they're wrong. I then phoned them and they required me to take several pictures, which I did; then they wanted an email describing what was wrong; I did that; then they never got back to me. I'm still waiting for a response.

Can’t fault how quick it was from order to delivery but they’re the wrong matts for my vehicle even though they were described for my vehicle.

Arrived several weeks late and no explanation was provided, despite my chasing. The product is okay, but expensive for what it is; I expected the bespoke fit to be better.

After waiting nearly 3 weeks for delivery fitted bootliner only to find at least 40mm short all the way round leaving carpet uncovered not suitable for purpose bought

That were wrong mats but Through away packaging so could not send back I order for transit automatic 2072 and they did not fit

I contact car mats via the online form as my covers didn't have the cut outs for the seat adjusters in the correct place. Nothing back.

Mat didn't fit.. I gave the full vehicle details and photographs on order but the passenger side of the mat doesn't fit. had to order a replacement.

Very poor stitching around the heal pad and around the mat edging. Some of the edging not stitched causing edging to come away from the mat.
