“Poor quality in terms of how they were packaged, protected and shipped. Mats should of been rolled not folded, huge creases.”

“Ordered luxury car mats on Wednesday morning, never got a confirmation email rang up three times to ask for an email nothing! got my package 7 working days later in the wrong name! Wrong postcode, driver wouldn’t give it to me due to wrong name and and postcode 😡 and the worse thing is they aren’t luxury”

“It’s very difficult to write a review as I haven’t received the liner yet. Youre request for a review could be better timed when I had received the goods. I don’t want to write a review now as it might not reflect the product, only the slow delivery of the goods. It appears that I have to rate now otherwise it won’t let me past this page. Unfortunately I can only review as I see it then.”

“Ordered best quality mats. They sent me inferior mats and then sent replacements. Not expert quality as promised. I would have got better quality mats from Halfords”

“So frustrated and disappointed. Ordered a full set of seat covers after reading the reviews of how great this company is. They sent them out within a few days and guess what, they're wrong. I then phoned them and they required me to take several pictures, which I did; then they wanted an email describing what was wrong; I did that; then they never got back to me. I'm still waiting for a response.”

“Mat didn't fit.. I gave the full vehicle details and photographs on order but the passenger side of the mat doesn't fit. had to order a replacement.”

“Very poor stitching around the heal pad and around the mat edging. Some of the edging not stitched causing edging to come away from the mat.”
