“Paid for premium mats and I wouldn’t say they are very premium look and feel like a quality of a very cheap mat very thin etc poor quality materials. Not very impressed at all”

“I ordered a full set of car seat covers . At over £85 I'm not impressed that my order is either lost or has been processed wrongly. My order arrived today containing only one seat cover ! I'm very disappointed and need these to protect my car at work. The one I received seems good but unless the others arrive tomorrow I will be forced to give a very poor review. They have taken much longer to arrive as well. The mats seem good.”

“Three out of the four mats fit perfectly on our Toyota BZ4X. However, the mat on the driver's side will not fasten down because the turnbuckle will not fit the vehicle. Consequently the driver's mat is loose. Comparing the original Toyota mats there is an obvious difference in the fixing and we would be pleased to provide a snapshot. We removed both fixings, filed them down and applied glue to both sides. As a result, the mat may be tolerable, however removing the mat to clean will undoubtably cause the modified fixing to break away. Mindful that loose mats may result in an MOT failure, we cannot recommend them.”

“The car mats I have purchased have been in use for the past 4 weeks in a brand-new car, which so far has only been used on short trips and has under 500 miles on the clock. I am very disappointed with the quality and that there was no option for reinforcements to be included on the drivers' mat, this is already showing quite a bit of wear already. I purchased these, particularly as my experience with carpet mats is that they are not very durable. I intend to keep this car for 5 years and I was hoping that they might last that long.”

“The mats I received, whilst excellent quality, don't fit. I've checked my order info and it's all correct for vehicle type yet fixing points don't fit and size is off. Emailed company 10 days ago yet no reply at all, hopefully if I get any contact I can give a better review”

“Very poor email communication. The mats were dispatched after more than two weeks and only after I contact support asking what had happened. No reasoning or apologies in the email, just a dispatch communication. The mats finally arrived after near 3 weeks since placing the order.”

“Took 4 days to advise me the material/colour I ordered was not in stock so could either change the colour or have a refund. When I replied I asked if they could give an idea when the revised order would be shipped as I work 70 miles away and asked for a note to be added to the order that if nobody was in to leave with a neighbour. If this was done it didn't work as the Yodel driver would have not done so if I hadn't answered the ring doorbell I have I have not tried the mats yet as I'm currently in hospital”

“The mats themselves are very good, however, the service not so much. I paid £5.99 for express delivery which I was informed would be delivered in 3-5 business days. Two weeks later, they finally arrived. I called the phone number listed on the website on multiple different occasions, none of which were answered.”
