We bought the photo personalised car mats and considering the price the quality is not what we were expecting as the mats themselves are quite thin.

Well made but very poor fit in my 2008 Jaguar XKR150, look like they would fit my old XK8 so much better but better than nowt so kept them

Not overly impressed, had great reviews. The passenger side mat is to big. The drivers side the holes don't even match up to secure the mats. The pastic from the holes was loose in the bag. I ordered the 2019 to present mats at my car is a 2022 year!

After ordering the mats I received no email confirmation. The mats eventually arrived 7 days after the stated delivery date. I noted the heelpad is stitched on, not bonded, so is likely to fail early. I cannot recommend this company - poor customer communication, slow despatch and product inferior to the competition.

From ordering, the mat took a long time to come, but my husband seems pleased with it. Ordered on the 2nd April, received on the 22nd April. Not happy at all that the mat was left outside the front door one evening, we were in the whole time but no-one knocked at the door. It could have stayed there all night.. we would never have known. Would have also liked an email to say delivery would have been at a certain time on that day.

I brought these mats for an MG3 and it doesn’t fit the clips inside the relevant car.

Took a lot longer than expected i.e. the 9 days they quote. Took about 3-4 weeks Bought some rubber mats, they look lovely to be fair but can't put them in the car yet as they f'ing stink. Not just a rubber smell but it's something else, my eyes started watering when in same room as them. Read the site and says hang out for a few days in good sunshine, so trying that at the minute. Also, bit annoyed they attach a "CarMats.uk" tag to the driver side mat. If I can get rid of the stink I will cut that off. Also if I get rid of the stink might be able to measure up to car to see if they actually fit. Cheers!

Ordered full set of covers for a ford galaxy. Paid to have them embroidered! Arrived quickly! Unfortunately not embroidered. Tried to call many times and also left a message but no response. Shame as the seat covers are a decent quality.

I can't believe this cost so much money we paid nearly £110 and it won't fold flat with the seats on our S3 sportsback. Not that impressed at all. Not sure what I was going to get but I expected more than this.

Came in decent time, shame about the quality of the pruduct. Ordered red and black trim on rubber mats, received a definetly pink and black trim. Took almost a week to get back in touch with me, nothing they can do about it as the images on the website (advertised as black and red and clearly shown as that) are just "example" images and the red and black I received is what they have. Have me a very generous(not) offer of buying a new set for 25% + postage but if there stock is different to the images online, I'll be ordering from a company that isn't colorblind.

Unfortunately I will be returning the car rear seat cover as it is definitely not to fit my Mini1 as advertised. I have spoken to Car Mats customer service and sent photographs. I will be returning the cover and I am advised will be reimbursed in full.

Quite disappointed in view of the money paid, item arrived as scheduled but am afraid to say it's ill fitting. There is quite space that the mat doesn't cover to the edge of the door step on both sides, and also the lip between the step and the wheel arch isn't covered at all, surely this is important as it receives the heavy traffic of getting in and out. The piece between the seat also looks naff having more of a gap at one side than the other.

Express delivery came a week late. The carpet was way less than 6m2 what I ordered... Tried to contact multiple times nothing.

The quality is decent and as expected for a budget car mat....but, they don't fit that well and the heel pad is in the wrong position and actually makes it harder to drive comfortably.
