“The car mats are good quality. But not the ones i ordered. They are for my car.but had no union flag on mats and not black and white pipping.just back. Just make sure the order is right.”

“Paid £5.99 for express delivery which took almost a week! Options for delivery on this review platform doesn’t give option for true amount of days, options are ‘within 5 days or over a week’z. Mine was 6 days. Don’t know who delivered as mats were thrown over gate. Checked door video and nobody came to door”

“Not model specific for Audi A1 as drivers Matt is way to short and quality is poor and these were not even the cheapest ones verybi happy”

“The quality of the mats is good but the passenger mat has no location lugs so the mat just moves around the foot well, not good, my previous mats had lugs so don't know why these havent.”

“Not even close! Tried fitting the mats last night, it's like they were designed for a completely different vehicle. I'll be looking for the correct product to be supplied or a full refund. 2 stars due to the product quality, shame about it being the wrong product!”

“Order placed 30th April, I can appreciate that Monday 1st was a Bank Holiday, your website states, that you will try and dispatch within 48hrs. Contacted your company by phone 12th May. To be told my order was with courier's, a package arrived Saturday 13th only 1 set of car mats, I had ordered 2 sets of Car mats. I'm now wondering if the other set has been manufactured or if there going to arrive in the near future?”

“Not overly impressed, had great reviews. The passenger side mat is to big. The drivers side the holes don't even match up to secure the mats. The pastic from the holes was loose in the bag. I ordered the 2019 to present mats at my car is a 2022 year!”

“After ordering the mats I received no email confirmation. The mats eventually arrived 7 days after the stated delivery date. I noted the heelpad is stitched on, not bonded, so is likely to fail early. I cannot recommend this company - poor customer communication, slow despatch and product inferior to the competition.”
