“Okay, but I bought the Deluxe mats for £54.99 and to be honest I can't see any difference between these and the Luxury I bought last year for £32.99. Maybe they sent the wrong ones or theres just very little differnce in quality between Deluxe and Luxury?”

“For a product which I have waited for a while to he made, as identified as made to measure, it is not. Cut to short in some areas and not enough off in others. Images will be attached. Not happy at all”

“Fast delivery within 48 hours of ordering, but poor quality fit with 2 out of 5 mats for my Ford Fiesta 2023 model - passenger footwell (too big at right top corner) & boot (too big side to side and front to back). I have not cut either of these mats yet in case they can be replaced with correct size mats. See photos.”

“The purchasing was no problem but delivery was another matter, yodel eventually delivered on the 3rd attempt as they required a signature and was not able to leave with a neighbour or shed, a bit much for a seat cover”

“Driver mats arrived with wrong fixings, support was prompty to respond and sent out some oval replacement fixings (which also did not fit). In fairness being a new 2023, there may have been a refresh. Their support (Amy) did her best to resolve the issue and was always prompt in responding, arranged for a lot of other fixings to be sent out. Thankfully 2nd time was the charm, after cutting a larger hole in the mat, the new fixings were fitted into it and after a few weeks delay finally in the vehicle. Hooray. Also the passenger mat doesnt quite fit the footwell properly where it is fractionally too large, this has mostly been resolved by weighing it down to mould it into shape, but not something I'd expect for fitted mats. Would I order again or recommend? No, but perhaps with an older model or other vehicle the mats would not have all the issues. One thing I can say is the support was top notch.”
