Driver mats arrived with wrong fixings, support was prompty to respond and sent out some oval replacement fixings (which also did not fit). In fairness being a new 2023, there may have been a refresh. Their support (Amy) did her best to resolve the issue and was always prompt in responding, arranged for a lot of other fixings to be sent out. Thankfully 2nd time was the charm, after cutting a larger hole in the mat, the new fixings were fitted into it and after a few weeks delay finally in the vehicle. Hooray. Also the passenger mat doesnt quite fit the footwell properly where it is fractionally too large, this has mostly been resolved by weighing it down to mould it into shape, but not something I'd expect for fitted mats. Would I order again or recommend? No, but perhaps with an older model or other vehicle the mats would not have all the issues. One thing I can say is the support was top notch.
