Communication poor, and delivery time slow. Mini mats in the back about half of the correct size so useless and will chuck out. Two sticky pads missing from front mats. Discovery rear mats wrong shape and don't lie flat. Will chuck them out.

I am still waiting for my package .yodel emailed 1st September and 2nd September to days running delivery times 19.00/21.00 both days did not deliver and failed to inform the reason for not delivering

Sadly I am unable to give Car Mats UK a positive review & cannot recommend them either. I ordered my mats to have the enhanced heel mat function, for £14.99 plus VAT, and sent copies of my desired pattern. Car Mats UK were unable to accept my designs because of Copyright issues, this is despite them being freely available from ETSY. Eventually I decided to proceed with my order without the additional enhancement & asked for a refund of the sum paid - Nothing was heard! When I received the request to leave a review I again e-mailed asking that my refund be processed, still nothing heard and phone calls go unnaswered - Not too happy. The mats themselves fit ok, but are rather thin and don't feel too luxurious. I shall not be using this supplier again, nor recommending them!

Didn't fit correctly, damaged boot lining of vehicle, poor communication, difficult to recover costs. Never again.

Never buy anything from this company again, ordered luxury car mats they are cheap and nasty can buy same mat's for less than a fiver elsewhere so the embroidery cost £45

Ordered June 15th, no communication from the company except for when I eventually got an answer on their phones. Was told 3 weeks later that I would receive my order within 2 days, but I still haven’t received it. Have asked to cancel the order and get a refund.

Very poor service! Ordered my car mats over 3 weeks ago, still not arrived and no response from customer service! Will never be using again and will not recommend!

This is an awful company to deal with, I placed my order 2 and a half weeks ago, after initially not hearing anything I decided to contact them to discuss my order, only to be told that they had ran out of vinyl and they did not know when this would be in stock. I politely requested a refund due to them being unable to fulfil the order only to be told that this would incur a 25% fee to cancel. Just incredible considering this was not my fault. I then decided to refuse this and demand a full refund only then to be ignored for 2 days, finally last Friday (28th july) I got step,y saying that the vinyl had arrived and my mats where being produced that day and would be sent next day delivery. To to the fact I was in need of mats I reluctantly agreed to continue with the order. On Wednesday (2nd august) some 5 days after being told my mats were on route via next del del I received an email telling me that my picture could not be printed to the mat due to copywrite reasons. The picture was the least of my concerns it was more the lies and ridiculous amount of time for them to even bother replying to my emails that upsets me the most. I then sent another strongly worded email demanding a refund and letting them no I’d be making this review I received an email back from the supposed customer service manager this time saying simply ‘good’ look at the rest of our review basically in a nutshell meaning she wasn’t bothered what I put in the review. Tonight as I write this over 2 weeks since ordering. They have failed to give me a refund, I have no mats and have no idea whether I’ll ever get them or get my £150 back. There is another company with a similar name who I have spoke who have replied to me within minutes of emailing them on every occasion, my advise head to them and do not deal with these incompetent, rude and ignorant people.

I ordered these for a friend, and I got an email on the day that it was supposed to be delivered saying that it had been delivered but I never received the product or a photo of the product being delivered which I would attach if I could, but I don’t know how to as there is no option to, being scammed out of £30 by this “company”, there’s not a single piece of evidence of the product being delivered and I’ve been robbed.

Sent the wrong car liner and do not respond to Web chat. I ordered the GLE 2019 onwards liner but they sent the liner for the older models. I have sent photographic evidence to PayPal. And raised a PayPal dispute. I will also be contacting my credit card company. Zero attempt to resolve!

Extremely disappointed in the quality thin and not what I ordered. Worked for Middletons in Cleckheaton so know the quality grades and my order was not what I received tjin cheap mats

Have not received my order. Finally got through to CarMatsUk phone number. Told the mats had been delivered but agent would enquire as to what's happened and email me. No email. Now trying to contact them by phone. I was intending buying mats for the other seats but now waiting for an explanation as to the disappearance of my purchase.

I’ve been waiting 10 days now for my order, no correspondence from the company since placing the order, no response to any emails I’ve sent and not answered the phone either! Let’s hope when I eventually do receive the mats, that they will be worth the wait 🙄

I ordered covers with my logo on the head rest and instead they sent me plain ones and charged me the full amount . When I tried to email I got an automated response. Not happy
