£175.00 for a boot liner which is not symmetrical and does not fit the car. One side is 4.5 cm shorter than the other and the bumper flap is not central. The first customer service person acknowledged the item was faulty, however her managed blocked this. Promised calls never returned, the only option continuous e mails. So far after 4 weeks I’ve got no where with resolving this, hence my review. When an item is made to measure that is what I expect. As a nurse it takes me a lot of patient care to earn £175.00. This company has a few different names, purchase at your peril.

Mats did not fit my truck as they said they would. When I asked for a refund I was told I would loose 25% for having opened them. I don’t understand how you would know they fit if you didn’t open them. Customer service was of no help. I would also have to cover other charges for my refund. Will never refer or purchase from this company again.

They blamed me for their mistakes, they sent me to the wrong car mat, I lost money, they are not convincing, better buy it by seeing it from another place.

Three weeks plus for a boot liner for my 1 series. They state 10 working days then when you complain, they start to bleat about lack of staff, Easter, bank Holidays etc. My boot liner did turn up - damaged. And now they are demanding photographs for evidence which I will happily provide, but I just know that I will have to go down the section 75 route to have my money refunded. This lot are not transparent and probably run from the same machine shop that is on Coronation Street! They sound like they are a hand to mouth operation and probably won't be in business inside a year.

I'm sorry to hear of the issue, all our products are made to order so we do require manufacture time.. Checking your order it is showing as delivered 16/5 @ 10.06am, if this isn't the case please do let us know.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely disgusting company to deal with, although helpful on the surface, I am now being ignored. 1/2/23 placed my order It arrived and one of the mats needed to be replaced Replacement sent, wrong material, no personalisation etc 2nd replacement sent, all the above incorrect and now totally wrong mat shape. Refund offered weeks ago No refund received Now ignoring my emails ALSO THE BOOT LINER HAS NEVER FIITED PROPERLY IT HAS A TRIANGULAR FLAP ON ONE SIDE THAT HASNT BEEN TRIMMED. MY BOOT IS SYMMETRICAL YET YOUR LINER IS NOT.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hi there, Thank you for the opportunity to review a product that I never received. I also thank you for the communication that was completely lacking. Considering that after 10 days you still haven't sent me the product, can I hope to get my money back for something I didn't receive? But look at the bright side: if you deliver like this, no one will be able to give you a negative review of your products🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Let’s start with the nagatives . No confirmatory email upon placing order and payment . Delay on delivery as they ran out of edging .Order placed 18th April . Received order May 2nd . The boot is a poor fit and is square which is not the shape of the car boot . The sewing of the edging termination is shoddy and untidy . Positives : There aren’t any . Would I buy again : Never .

I ordered a set of mats , paid for express delivery ( next day ) 6 days later still not arrived. Have emailed them 4 times and no reply.

The mats didn't fit the 2019 Honda jazz very disappointed. The clip in the car is the wrong for the cut out in the mat.
