This is an awful company to deal with, I placed my order 2 and a half weeks ago, after initially not hearing anything I decided to contact them to discuss my order, only to be told that they had ran out of vinyl and they did not know when this would be in stock. I politely requested a refund due to them being unable to fulfil the order only to be told that this would incur a 25% fee to cancel. Just incredible considering this was not my fault. I then decided to refuse this and demand a full refund only then to be ignored for 2 days, finally last Friday (28th july) I got step,y saying that the vinyl had arrived and my mats where being produced that day and would be sent next day delivery. To to the fact I was in need of mats I reluctantly agreed to continue with the order. On Wednesday (2nd august) some 5 days after being told my mats were on route via next del del I received an email telling me that my picture could not be printed to the mat due to copywrite reasons. The picture was the least of my concerns it was more the lies and ridiculous amount of time for them to even bother replying to my emails that upsets me the most. I then sent another strongly worded email demanding a refund and letting them no I’d be making this review I received an email back from the supposed customer service manager this time saying simply ‘good’ look at the rest of our review basically in a nutshell meaning she wasn’t bothered what I put in the review. Tonight as I write this over 2 weeks since ordering. They have failed to give me a refund, I have no mats and have no idea whether I’ll ever get them or get my £150 back. There is another company with a similar name who I have spoke who have replied to me within minutes of emailing them on every occasion, my advise head to them and do not deal with these incompetent, rude and ignorant people.
