Arrived, wrong pattern, pics taken and informed within the hour. 9 Days later someone asked for me to send pics?? resent original mail plus new pics and asked if 9 days to wait for a reply is acceptable? Reply was pithy and a bit rude so, To be honest life's to short to be having to put up with a poor attitude from someone that has done you a dis-service. Quick to take the money, NOT great at dealing with issues, your holidays are not my issue, the volume of emails your colleague has to get through again not my problem. In good faith I paid prior to getting a chance to check your product...9 days to reply as it was wrong really POOR..POOR..POOR Oh and the smell sheeeshhh!! me eyes are still watering everytime I get into me van.

I ordered car mats for our 2020 Yaris, and received 2 packages, 1 for yaris, and strangely 1 for Fiat Ducato Motorhome, which I did not order but had sticker on plastic bag with our address etc;. When trying to fit Yaris drivers mat it would not fit as the stud holes were the wrong distance apart. I have requested a pick up of both the packages so hopefully this can be resolved..................

I order a rubber mats for my Hyundai ioniq. The product that resieve was a good quality BUT IT DIDN'T FIT PROPERLY ON THE BACK SIDE. The communication with customer service is slow and they ask me to send them a pictures to prove that mats don't fit make me feel like a liar. I still dont have any answers after a send the pictures. So I request a return andress to send them back their product and full refund. I hope i will get answer and get my money back. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I payed for the best for my car I could have bought better quality and better pile carpet from any where else I will never buy from car mats again I payed 122.00 pounds and believe me 30 pound matts from anywhere else r better quality and I am going to request a refund as payed through Clearpay so I am refusing them anymore payments never been so disappointed in a product

After a long delay the lady said they were to arrive last Tuesday they have not arrived yet? John. Can not rate the mats yet.

£175.00 for a boot liner which is not symmetrical and does not fit the car. One side is 4.5 cm shorter than the other and the bumper flap is not central. The first customer service person acknowledged the item was faulty, however her managed blocked this. Promised calls never returned, the only option continuous e mails. So far after 4 weeks I’ve got no where with resolving this, hence my review. When an item is made to measure that is what I expect. As a nurse it takes me a lot of patient care to earn £175.00. This company has a few different names, purchase at your peril.

Mats did not fit my truck as they said they would. When I asked for a refund I was told I would loose 25% for having opened them. I don’t understand how you would know they fit if you didn’t open them. Customer service was of no help. I would also have to cover other charges for my refund. Will never refer or purchase from this company again.

They blamed me for their mistakes, they sent me to the wrong car mat, I lost money, they are not convincing, better buy it by seeing it from another place.
