Mats did not fit my truck as they said they would. When I asked for a refund I was told I would loose 25% for having opened them. I don’t understand how you would know they fit if you didn’t open them. Customer service was of no help.
I would also have to cover other charges for my refund. Will never refer or purchase from this company again.
