Very disappointed with the mat, it's very poor quality and doesn't fit properly. Will more than likely end up going in the bin. Utter waste of money.

Don't order from these company. You will be disappointed. They are there to waste your time. I waited about 10 days and they delivered my order to wrong address. Every time I call customer there's dumb girl on line, she was keep telling me it will be delivered soon, she doesn't like to answer question. Every time I was asking her questions about my order she goes if you keep asking questions I'll hang up. My order was delivered to a wrong address without sending me any tracking number, just imagine how bad there customer service is. Funny part is I called them everyday since Monday. When i called yesterday that dumb girl told me my matts are shipped from their wearhouse today. And today morning I found out my matts were delivered to a wrong address 3 days ago. Absolutel jokers

Think twice before you order a matt from them. Absolutely poor customer service, it’s guaranteed that you will never receive your order on time, usual working days are Monday-Friday but they have their own working days. I received email that my order been shipped 2 days ago but they didn’t include any tracking number neither which company will deliver it. Rang this morning and angry lady said it’s only shipped from their wearhouse today and she doesn’t have any tracking number. I don’t know which delivery service they use probably the cheapest one in uk. My first and last order with them. Never again.

The wrapping was all torn and had been opened before . One off the mats was covered in dryer grass. Very poor quality. I'm sorry but I won't be buying from you again.

I paid £185 ish for a car mat the quality was so popoor …… it was single stitched, the straps for the buckles very flimsy, the buckles cheap plastic, disjointed Velcro holding on double sided tape to attach it to the sides of the vehicle. The double sided tape sticks to everything but the interior plastic, even though I alcohol wiped the plastic first. So I had to use gorilla tape to hold it up. This is a very very poor quality item and I would value it at around £50 at tops….. massively overpriced. Also took nearly a month to arrive when advertised as 3-5 days. I’m gutted I’ve paid £185 for this, I can’t be bothered to send it back, I’ve purchased a rubber boot liner of much better quality elsewhere and adapted this one to make it work. I can’t see it lasting very long though as like i said it’s single stitched.

Bit disappointed as the mrk 1 mr2 has 2 locking plastic screws that go in a hole either side of the drivers mat yet these mats only had 1 hole so I have had to pull the screws out of my carpet for the mat to lie flat & now the mat moves ☹️

To be fair the mats didn't fit i had to cut some off the mats to make them fit were did you get the template for them mats I would sack them poor

I ordered a fully tailored boot line costing £273.99 for my brand-new Tesla Model Y. When I came to install the liner, I ran into two problems. Firstly, there was so much Velcro on the product, getting it in place was impossible since everywhere the liner touched it stuck. This process left the new felt-like material in my car looking like an old chewed tennis ball. Secondly, the product just did not fit at all in more than one place. I removed the liner since I could not close the boot with the liner still in. I called the customer service department and spoke to a very rude young woman called Amy who told me that the boot liner did fit, and that I must be doing it wrong. She told me that every car that boot liners are made for are laser scanned and so the liner does 100% fit. To make matters worse Amy told me that if I did not take videos of the liner in place in the boot, I would not qualify for free return shipping. I then took videos of me trying to put the liner back in, which is not easy since I had to do it with one hand and the liner stuck to everything it touched. This left my boot material looking even more chewed up. I sent the videos to Amy, and upon receipt I was told to send the product back and that they would pay for the return shipping. Once they had received the returned liner I received a message from her assuring me that a full refund would be in my account in no longer than 14 days. Surprise, surprise, in 14 days the money had still not been refunded so I called and spoke to Amy. She told me that the accounts team only worked on Thursdays, and they must have missed my refund for the last two weeks. Amy promised me that she would personally contact the accounts department and that the refund would be put instantly into my PayPal account, and that it would be with me today. Close of play today the refund has still not arrived.

Very poor fitting seat cover and quality. Sent photos to prove and they agreed these are incorrect. 14 days later after confirming a refund will be issued and still nothing processed.

These seat covers do not fit my vauxhall van correctly slightly to wide cut outs for adjusting angle of seats completely masked with cut outs in wrong position rang the company and said they were semi tailored seats basically means generic one seat fits all told if I could get refund minus 25 percent would not recommend the seat covers or company

The mats are cracking but the clips on the driver side mat does not fit my Hyundai I20 which is disappointing.

Ordered for 2 vehicles, most of the mats arrived on time, however the van loading bay mat didn't arrive. Called then as no-one had contacted me, they said they would check with production and call me back that morning, no call. Emailed a few days later and they said there was a delay. Long and short of it 3 mats and 2mths later and still not received the correct size, despite me measuring, them asking for conformation, me confirming and them getting it wrong again.

Very disappointed with the size of the embroided text on my large forager matt, in the examples I was given before ordering the logo was around 3 times the size of the one delivered. So poor I am looking at getting the mat altered elsewhere. Would not recommend!
