Hi I've not received yet ,they were due to be delivered on Friday to my local Yodel hub due to I was not going to be home ,but tracker said out for delivery ,contacted yodel via online chat and they said the driver ran over his working time ,said they were in van ready to deliver today once in area but still nothing ,so will wait till Monday to see if they arrive ,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! They do not have a contact telephone number and if you send them an email it can take up to 5 days for them to respond. No company can be this busy !! We wanted to change our order but couldn’t speak to anybody. Why ? Because of this we decided to cancel our order. Since placing our order 14 days previously we had had no correspondence from this company - no confirmation of order or idea of delivery time. We were charged 25% of the cost of our order to cancel , even though our order had not even been started. Really disappointed 😢

Very poor customer service. After 12 days I emailed to request an update, no response. Emailed again after another couple of days, no response. I then tried to contact via the virtual agent on the website, no response. No phone number is listed on the product website. I checked the company - to validate it was a real company, luckily it is. My boot liner finally arrived yesterday after ordering on November 17th.

Carmat start faking apart after 2 months even not using every day just once a week.

Further to my review of a week ago. I’ve had no response to the email I sent referring to the fact the floor fittings didn’t fit my car. I have now bought a set of floor fittings that work from Amazon. I’ve fitted them and all is ok now. Disappointed with the company but the mats are good now I’ve spent extra and used Amazon.

I’ve just returned from holiday so sorry about the delay for this review. The mats are very good and fit the floor well - but I cannot get the floor press fittings to lock on my car. I’ve tried ‘easing’ one with a fine file by to no avail. Therefore, it looks doubtful if I will be able to use the front mats as they aren’t fixed to the floor.

If I had received my boot mat I should have been happy to give a review. However my purchase has been with useless Yodel since 2 Nov. There is no sign of a delivery date and they are using the last storm as an excuse. Can you please contact Yodel and tell them to get my order delivery sorted out pronto. Very poor quality product. Cheap and nasty. "Next day service"... It took a month... Not worth spending even a small amount of money with this firm as you will feel conned. Never again.

ordered 'HEAVY DUTY MATS' for my new taxi, certainly not heavy duty, my old £20 ones were a lot better, very disappointed, I'll have to use now as can't be bothered with returns but will never reorder from here again

I STILL have not received my car mats after contacting this company as to where they are. They are with Yodel, their delivery company with a status that says “Due Today” which has now been their status for a few days. Not good enough. £52 for a product that I’ve not received.

I ordered a full set of car seat covers (both front and rear) for my 2020 Nissan navara- when they arrived there were only the front seat covers and NO rear set - I contacted them via the chat and had a reply from them stating that I would get a response within 5 days - this was on the 23rd September- as of this date today - 13th October I have heard absolutely nothing - only the automated response - very very poor customer service and the lack of response makes me question whether this company are bothered about their customers at all!!!

Give this company a wide steer! They state 3-5 days delivery. Placed my order on 23rd September 2023. By 10th October I still hadn’t heard a word. Emailed them, they then notified me they had been dispatched. 13th October, still not delivered and no courier tracking number has been provided to me. Rubbish company, in bed with the UK’s worst courier. A match made in hell! Today, they asked me to write a review, who am I to refuse…

Over priced delivery price for not a bad delivery service. I had to chase up to get updates and then they FINALLY dispatched it!! Wouldn't recommend

I would love to make a proper review but as the van seat cover still has not arrived it’s very difficult!! Ordered 13/9/23 with a 5-7 day delivery! Even paid for express delivery!! Very poor was for a birthday present which has now been and gone.

I ordered for a road trip and was assured delivery in advance of my travel date. My order did not appear before I left. I returned from my holiday to find 3 notes from the delivery company stating that a signature was required and therefore the delivery could not be completed. I still have not received my order and have heard nothing form the company, although they have processed my payment.
