“Ordered “tailored” seat covers for BMW 530e. Upon arrival they were nowhere near tailored. Called to rectify the situation and was asked if could drop them back off (40 miles round trip). I refused and was sent an email to return the items if I dropped them off at the local shop which was a bit more acceptable. Overall a poor experience with poorly described items. Take you custom elsewhere to avoid disappointment.”

“One headrest wasn't printed with the logo. The covers themselves look decent material, however fitting is not good at all, baggy down the sides. I pulled them as tight as I could but still look loose. For what I paid, not impressive at all. I just love wasting my money 😡”

“Ordered on the 25th February, and finally turned up on the 21st March after chasing them three times, however when I ordered it said 3-5 days for delivery. Even after three weeks they didnt expedite the order to get it to me any quicker. Will definitely not be using again.”
