Ordered “tailored” seat covers for BMW 530e. Upon arrival they were nowhere near tailored. Called to rectify the situation and was asked if could drop them back off (40 miles round trip). I refused and was sent an email to return the items if I dropped them off at the local shop which was a bit more acceptable. Overall a poor experience with poorly described items. Take you custom elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
