Went for these mats as with kids in and out with muddy shoes thought they would be great. The mats absolutely stink , the smell they give off constantly almost smells toxic ! They smell awful and made us all feel sick . Have had to remove from the car.

Had to contact them yet again as I was still waiting for my refund this was on 31/01/2023 and was assured that I would receive it in a few days but as before a load of rubbish when I spoke to someone today she said they only do refunds once a week I was not told this the first time I phoned I think that it's a load of rubbish an excuse not to refund your money what an absolute terrible company to deal with hopefully I will get my refund and not have to deal with this appalling company ever ever again.

ordered them on 28th of January for 48hr delivery which i paid £4.99 for and a week later still don’t have them. Terrible service cannot review the mate as i still don’t have them. Ridiculous

I cancelled my order as I tried to contact them on several occasions with no response at all non existent customer service managed to find a phone number and cancelled them I will never ever order anything from them again. Mr.Evans

Would not recommend. Supplied very poor fitting mats, on two of them the holes were not aligned rightly so the mat is forced to crease up in the middle. A third one just wouldn't clip into place, the holes were too far apart. Two mats out of 5 fitted OK which isn't quite what was hoped for and won't be using this company again!

Hi! the quality is much lower than what is seen in the picture and the holes do not fit well. the carpets are bent. disappointed

I ordered a boot liner for my new BMWi4 . When the package turned up it contained no instructions so I fitted it and to be fair it was a reasonable fit. However the sticky Velcro would not adhere to the boot material on the car which meant the sides flopped down. I rang the company and spoke with a rather belligerent lady who told me that there was probably some substance on the carpeting material upon which I was trying to stick the sides. I asked her if I could return everything for credit as the product was not fit for purpose. She said I could at my own expense (quite happy with that) but that Premier Products would only credit me back 75% of the £100 I spent. This is not correct and an infringement of the law. She said she would send me a liquid to put onto the fabric in the boot which would enable it to stick. Nothing turned up and I rang them again to which another lady apologised, saying that it had been forgotten, but that she would send it out. When it eventually arrived I tried out the liquid but the boot liner still did not stick to the fabric. Completely useless. I am really disappointed and would advise nobody requiring a boot liner not to deal with this company. You are wasting your money and there are better products out there. My £100 has been wasted and their attitude and trading procedures are unacceptable. Buy at your peril

Received the seat covers really disappointed in the fit especially the back seat its awful the only good thing is the quality of the material cost me £140 for the covers will defo not order again

My husband ordered car mats 8th December kept getting same message 7 times about delivery and assigned driver contacted customer service, she said o dear that shouldn't be happening, finally 20th Dec message saying out for delivery then another message later that day saying failed delivery today21st out for delivery then my husband got a message saying delivered with picture showing leaned up against the door checked cctv he never rang the bell or knocked at the door the mats were in a clear bag and the bag was all ripped, the mats are good quality but the service is rubbish.

Incomplete order, terrible customer service. I tried to order car mats with an image printed on them as a humourous gift for a colleague. The website is poor, so was unable to select 'personalisation' to add an image. I resorted to emailing their support email to request the image be added. I received an email stating that I needed to call the office and make additional payment over the phone for this to be added. I tried calling during office hours - no answer. I then received a 'dispatch' email to notify me that the plain mats (with no image) have been sent. My colleague received a set of plain black car mats (that I could've bought from Halfords) with no image. After going back and forward by email with Kayleigh and Eleanor in Customer Service, apparently "the order went through quicker than usual" and was dispatched during the day. The company are not acknowledging the fact that it was an incomplete order, without the image that I asked for. There does not seem to be any recognition or apology that we have not got what we wanted, and somehow I am footing the bill for this. Almost £40 for a set of plain black car mats that no-one wanted.

Delivered to the wrong house , has sat out in the rain for 3/ 4 days no info to when it was delivered . Very poor service!!!!
