Incomplete order, terrible customer service. I tried to order car mats with an image printed on them as a humourous gift for a colleague. The website is poor, so was unable to select 'personalisation' to add an image. I resorted to emailing their support email to request the image be added. I received an email stating that I needed to call the office and make additional payment over the phone for this to be added. I tried calling during office hours - no answer. I then received a 'dispatch' email to notify me that the plain mats (with no image) have been sent. My colleague received a set of plain black car mats (that I could've bought from Halfords) with no image. After going back and forward by email with Kayleigh and Eleanor in Customer Service, apparently "the order went through quicker than usual" and was dispatched during the day. The company are not acknowledging the fact that it was an incomplete order, without the image that I asked for. There does not seem to be any recognition or apology that we have not got what we wanted, and somehow I am footing the bill for this. Almost £40 for a set of plain black car mats that no-one wanted.
