“if i could give no stars I would. Twice i've ordered two lots of van mats and twice theyve come and i cant use the fittings. I've emailed and emailed and they go unanswered. Ergo, Customer service is awful. I did try ringing once, but how hard is it to reply to an email?? I've had to buy more fixtures to make mine usable. Quite honestly save yourself the pain and order from one of the many other van/car mat places that are online.”

“Probably one of the worst services that I've experienced. Ordered mats on 06.11( paid extra for delivery), 20 days later still nothing. Phoned them 3-4 times and always same excuse " We had technical problems, mats will be with you in the next 2 days." Had enough in the end and asked for full refund (hopefully won't take 20 days). Absolute rubbish company and service.”

“Cheap hard plastic!Not value the money! Stay away from this product!!!! It looks so much better in photos! Didn't want to waste my time and money to send it back. Eventually threw it in the bin!!!!”

“I’m stil waiting to revive my car mats that we’re orderd nov 4 th I telephoned today and a lady said she will forward me proof of delivery but I’m stil waiting for items and e mail I would like a full refund asap or il contact my card provider to dispute payment”

“The mat for my 2022 Transit arrived quickly. Unfortunately I had asked for a grey border around the mat which did look nice but made it a bespoke item. So when the mat didn't fit I was left with an expensive piece of carpet that I couldn't use. The mat was essentially the correct shape but was slightly too wide in some places and too small in others. The fixings didn't quite align either so they couldn't be used. As no refund is available the mat was a complete waste of money.”

“I ordered the wrong fitment by genuine mistake emailed CAR MATS UK on numerous occasions about my mistake I tried asking for them to change the fitment but no reply when I finally got through to them they told me they would send the different fitments out to me unfortunately they never turned up so now I'm stuck with a set of car mats that don't fit”

“Accidentally ordered the wrong Car mats ordered 2015 to 2022 should have ordered 2010 to 2015 !!! Asked to return them and was asked to pay an 25% to exchange them plus delivery. Complete rip off that you have to pay to exchange them…….. will not be using this company again”

“I received the mats several days later than expected. The drivers side mat had the attachment holes in the wrong place which left a bubble on the mat when attached to the floor studs. The passenger mat had no attachment holes at all for the floor studs. The staff were very unhelpful and asked a lot of stupid questions. This was the most disappointing experience I’ve had from a company which could have easily been resolved by sending me a single passenger side mat. They don’t do this even though I offered to pay extra for it. I would definitely not recommend this company.”

“Avoid this firm, carpets are advertised with clips but do not come with clips, after several emails no help at all, The quoted delivery time was very poor however the carpet quality was not bad however with no clips the mats are not secured to the floor.”
