“The mat looks of good quality but not as specified or what was paid for, there are several parts paid for that have not been provided - bumper cover not provided (additional cost £15), anti-slip backing not provided (additional cost £12.50), also the rear latches for the rear door are not provisioned correctly for the mat so I have had to shape this around the locking mechanisms and the rear latches that I secure the dog-leads to are not aligned, so a bit of a mess. I have emailed Car Mats UK as I can't find a phone number to discuss this with them, so hopefully, I will get a satisfactory response”

“the worst (lack of) customer service i have experienced in a long while. i was unhappy with the fit of the product and requested a refund. that was protracted, difficult and a huge waste of my time: waiting in twice for couriers that didnt come. the lack of sensible communication was spectacular. i do have my refund now, finally but i can't get back the wasted hours of life. THANKS!”

“I am very un happy tbh, when purchasing your car seat covers I was expecting to get the drivers seat and also the two passager seat covers in the price but alls I have received is the drivers seat cover, I am very unhappy with this I also paid for 24 hours but received the product 3 days later”

“To be honest, everything on their website is easy to use and actually dealing with them and placing an order is fine, BUT REALLY let down by their delivery company! For the last : days I have received notifications that my ordedd red will be delivered but nothing has turned up! To ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery, one of my own customers takes in orders for me as I am out at work all day so today which is a Sunday, they are apparently going to deliver again but like most businesses, they are closed on a Sunday. I wonder when they will try again? Absolutely useless 🤬”

“Ordered seat covers and a boot cover on 10/09/22 and they still haven’t arrived by 24/09/22. Was told on 21/09/22 that they were being dispatched that day. So unable to comment on the quality of mats or boot cover”

“In spite of giving details of our van and sending photos of the footwell and some good care by the members of the team I talked with on the phone and by email, the mats don't fit at all.”
