the worst (lack of) customer service i have experienced in a long while.
i was unhappy with the fit of the product and requested a refund.
that was protracted, difficult and a huge waste of my time: waiting in twice for couriers that didnt come.
the lack of sensible communication was spectacular.
i do have my refund now, finally but i can't get back the wasted hours of life. THANKS!
