Bought my item on the 15th June 2023. Have not received my purchase still to this day 14th July 2023.
I have emailed them and they just reply with a I'll look into it and then you don't hear anything back for days so you have to email them again and again. I also asked for a refund but got no response back. So they have my money and I have nothing. Worst customer service ever.
