“The bath towels have not developed the brown tinge like the hand towels but after only a year's use they look more worn than some blue Christy RENAISSANCE towels I bought nearly 15 years ago. This brand is no longer premium quality and is not worth paying extra for. Also very disappointed with lack of response from their Customer Service Dept.”
“Good quality as of course all Christy's towels are. However the size is totally different from towels I have bought in the past i.e. shorter and less wide. So I expect I will be ordering the bath sheet size in future. It didnt occur to me that the size would be smaller; quality is of paramount importance. It is also quite difficult to assess quality from towels that have lasted many years. I also have to say here that quality from around 20 years ago was of a higher grade as was the length and width of bath towels.”
