“If I wanted plain white towels, I would have gone to Primark and paid £15, not £50 EACH. I specifically ordered embroidered towels, but what arrived? Basic, blank ones that look and feel no different from something off a budget store shelf.
I reached out to get this sorted—sent an email, waited patiently… and nothing. No response, no replacement, no sign of any customer service whatsoever. At this point, I’m wondering if they just hope I’ll give up and accept the loss.
Save yourself the hassle (and the £££). If you’re expecting premium quality and actual customer service, look elsewhere.”
