I have a new bathroom and ordered towels of various colours necessitating making a couple of returns before making final purchases.
I was sent an email on 13/09/24 saying they had received the returned items but as of 20/09/24 no refund received! Why does it take so long as it should be immediate upon receipt of returned items as with most other companies.”

Regarding the refunds, our Returns Policy clearly states that once we have received the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven working days:

Your returns were delivered to us on 13th September. Your refund should reflect in your account by 23rd September at the latest, in line with our timeframe.
