“The size of the throw is not what it is stated, it is in fact 10 cm shorter than declared, instead of 200/140 cm is it 190/130, now despite me sending the throw back and received right away, my money are pending to be returned. After several emails to their support they’ve responded that I will have to wait 14 days after them “inspecting it” not even them receiving it, disappointing.”

The size discrepancy you've described certainly shouldn’t have happened and is likely due to a manufacturing issue.

“This is my third Jaipur throw my first one was about 4 years ago and it still looks great I have washed it on a cold wash to freshen it up and it was fine..no shrinkage. I don’t have room for any more until I change a colour scheme! It is a beautiful velvet throw that adds warmth or just style”
“Wow these are really high end quality I’ve been looking for a good thick velvet throw for a while and ordered many and returned but this is beautiful along with the matching cushion - it isn’t navy although the photo with the dog looks it - it is the colour of a ink pen when written possibly a petrol blue , I aired mine for a few days as the calico / hessian does have an odour from being packed, would highly recommend”
