“The robe is lovely. I was originally sent the wrong size and also ordered with next day delivery before the cut off time and the wrong robe was delivered 2 days late. Phoned customer service and they were very polite and quick to refund the delivery charge and arrange for the correct robe to be shipped, but I had to go to the post office to ship the wrong robe back before they could process the exchange.
More effort than I bargained for and would not suggest relying on the next day delivery. Aside from the inconvenience, the customer service was great, as is the robe which replaces an old Christy robe bought decades ago!”
