“Our pool cover is absolutely useless as the pool we purchased with it had a hole in the seam on the top ring. And you useless costumer service cannot seem to help us with a replacement. Kids don’t even get to use the pool. Not to mention wasting a lot of our tank water filling it up for nothing. Will not be purchasing any other product from you and will not be recommending to anyone either”

“Admittedly we have a different brand pool and it's actually a bit smaller in diameter than the advertised dimensions of this cover. However, it still doesn't comfortably fit our pool and is a nightmare to get on, and even then it just kind of slumps across the surface of the water.”

“Excellent quality and value for money. Easy to set up. 8 adults can fit easily in the pool with water at chest height sitting down. Big hit with the grandkids at Christmas. Love it and would recommend completely. Delivery was swift.”

“My order placed 15 January never arrived and after multiple attempts to contact your shipping provider and store the online purchase was made from. I have requested a refund considering ACCC guidelines . Haven’t yet been contacted or received refund. Will be going to ACCC directly. Poor customer care Clark Rubber . Wendy Hobill”
