“Worse experience ever, not with the cover but with the Clark Rubber Customer Service, I bought a pool the same day I order the cover and I went to pick up in hoppers crossing, some gentle worker came out and he put the pool for me in my car ( all good so far ) but when I was doing it he damaged the box with the tailgate locker and he told me that should be fine ( I tough the same way ) when I unpacked the pool I couldn’t see anything cause is a big pool but when I feel it up I saw that was leaking from 3 different places. I called Clark Rubber and offer my self to bring the pool back even knowing that I would waste all the water that was in there ( was leaking anyway ) they ask me for an email with description and pictures of it I sent it and an hour after they called me saying “ please don’t be worried we activated the product warranty and in the next few weeks you’ll have a replacement.. this was before Christmas and nothing till today, I tried to contact them and I never had a response…”
