“Within a week of putting this pool up we noticed blades of grass coming through. This was very disappointing, as the pool was supposed to be portable and therefore very likely to be placed on grass. Upon referring back to the booklet, we noticed this is not covered by the warranty, but unfortunately once the pool is unpacked it is not possible to return for a refund. Had we been aware of this prior to purchasing, we wouldn’t have. A cheap paddling pool from Kmart has never had this problem”

“The pool is great. What is even better than this product? The kind and friendly staff at the Penrith store. Walking in we were greeted with a friendly hello and good morning by two male employees who were loading a van. Once at the counter, we were served promptly by a polite female and I would say manager who were wonderful to deal with. Overall whilst the pool is awesome, the value was great, I'd return based on the employees alone.”
