“I brought the mattress through click and collect it was $480 when I got to the store I collected it and was not sure if it was going to fit in my caravan , so I got on the website the mattress had dropped $100 , mind you I was still in the car park of Clark rubber so I tried to take it back and get it for that price, the store would not let me because it was a online order so I called the Clark rubber online number and they also wouldn’t let me take it back because apparently they don’t refund mattresses and I informed the guy that I only just picked it up and was still in the parking lot and it still had the plastic on it and I had not even opened it , the guy still refused”
