“We purchased an Intex 8'Foot Pool just before Christmas and it leaked from the moment it had been filled with water. We contacted the Coffs Harbour Store where it was purchased and they had no stock to replace it with and said they could only provide us with a refund. They told us we could source from another store if we wanted another one as they couldnt help. As a result, we ended up having to pay $50 for freight to have the replacement sent from the store in Tweed Heads, which I think is excessive for a product that cost $110 Clark Rubber could have done a lot more to assist with this situation and we believe the cost to replace the Intex Pool was excessive and a huge fail from a customer service perspective. Very disappointing.”
