“I am so disappointed to find that this topper does not disperse my body heat and provide a cool surface for a better night's sleep, as promised. I chose too pay almost double than I originally planned, for the supposedly scientifically proven cooling topper and when I contacted the store three days after trying it , I was told that there wasn't much that could be done because I had slept on it??? Not sure how else I would have known it didn't work?”
