“Although labeled as "compatible" these cartridges do not work in my printer, which is only known by opening the packaging, which then voids the opportunity for a refund. Beware of these shady sales tactics. Customer service then blames you for not reading and understanding your warranty rather than owning up to their poor product advertisement. Even their website forces an average rating when you seek to rate quality, performance, and value as poor.”

“My products were inusable, for two reasons. The heat that happened during the mailing process fused some of the plastic strips. I worked with a sharp object Trying to gently scrape everything off so these could be used. I felt sure I ordered HP cartridges, but my printer won’t accept them. A total waste of money… Please let me know how I go about getting a refund. Strangely enough, the packing slip had absolutely no relevant information regarding the company. These were purchased from any customer support contact information, or anything else I needed. Help please.”
