“Replacement cartridges from ClickInk did not work; it is a very laborious task trying to get a refund for these items. They are definitely not making it easy. I am the one who needs to pay for return postage. I won't deal with this company again. One and done. Their rating scale for Quality, Value , and Performance does not allow you to leave a one. It automatically generates an average rating if not better. Proof positive even they don't trust their own value.”
