“Only started using one of the Black ones, so far, so good. I have an order that was from last year sometime. Cartriges were ordered wrong 60XL not 67XL. I have them sitting in a draw, would you take them back and replace with 67XL? Just thought I would ask, otherwise will try to sell the online.”

“After spending over $78 for the pack, my printer rejected the cartridges that you said were compatible with my HP printer. I wrote you and your solution was for me to do some major adjustments which would also mean re-registering my printer and losing some of my coverage. No offers for refunds. Will stick to buying locally.”
