“The ink cartridges, themselves, are a good value. The administration within the company, however are terrible! I processed an order on-line recently. I received notification this order DID NOT process. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who echoed my order did not process. I placed a second order. 4 days later I received both orders. I emailed and called “CLICKINKS”. I was told they were going to look into this problem (THEY GENERATED). This same sentiment was received via email, as well. ~ 10 days later no update. I’ve contacted my CC Company & have disputed the first charge. While I will not pay for their problem I will insure I NOT use CLICKINKS again. There are other sources for competitively priced ink cartridges. It continues to amaze me that many organizations fail in such retrievable fashion. SO, My recommendation is to search elsewhere for your “INKS”!”

“I have very good luck with your products, but I ordered 2 color inks and 3 black inks for my printer last month, and one of the black inks were all dried up, otherwise, this is the first time this happened.”
