The course in general was ok but I would have found it helpful to also discuss transparent proxy (e.g. Decryption policies, certificate management) in more details as well as doing labs on this. Maybe extend the training for one day to cover these topics. Also configuring security profiles in general could be a good lab together with some recommendations for these profiles. Sadly the SCM part of the labs were not completly reset therefor configuration left overs were still present. Also some configuration in the lab guide were different to the gui. For now i would recommend the course only if you have pre-existing knowledge with the SCM. Otherwise I fear the entry bar would be to high.

The course was well fortmatted. With the evolution of Cloud based platforms it has become increasingly difficult to lab but this course does a great job of incorporating as many hands on activities as possible. The instructor was very knowledgable and friendly.

This is not a knock on Gabriel, I would hope my 3 stars does not affect him directly. But I do feel the strucutre of these courses and the labs are subpar. Considering the resources Palo have, I should not have a lab that has old config from a previous lab (yes, I did Lab 0). Furthermore, I think you need to rethink the structure you give the instructors, talking for hours then doing a somewhat relevant lab afterwards for 30mins-1hr is not suitable learning - you should be focusing more on practical labs with more details on the context behind what we're doing - instead of talking about what we're about to do then doing it.
