“Brilliant frying pan. Bought because it's got great tri-ply heat-holding capabilities, but it's also nice and light (perfect for my small-wristed partner!). Beautiful design, with wide, sloping rims (N.B. this does mean you have to be careful to avoid overenthusiastic stirring when the pan is full of sauce). Really love it - makes me feel like a French chef when using it!”
