Experience was excellent start to finish, they made sure all the details were correct, they sent some great samples and even advised on the most popular label which they were seeing being used for our environment and type of application. The products received are of excellent quality and arrived very quickly. Thank you , would recommend and definitely use again.

These labels weren't what I was expecting at all. I was anticipating that they would be tough to pull apart vinyl, like laminated paper, but they are essentially just paper that fragments with a sheen on top; it would be better if the label were too tough to pull apart in the first place. They came on A4 sheets that looked only one step up from Avery labels. I commend you for your customer service, which was first class as was the printing on the labels and speed of despatch. The product itself though I have to rate as 'poor', almost not fit for purpose, and I will not be ordering again.

Hi Jolyon, thank you for taking our call this morning. We thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and also for your kind comments regarding our customer service/efficient delivery. These comments have been relayed to the team – in particular our sales person, who you initially spoke to on the phone. As discussed, the point of the ‘Tamper-Proof Ultra Destruct Asset Label’ is to destruct & fragment, which is mentioned in the description; once adhered, if a pick is attempted, a small fragment of the label will break away under the users finger nail. This feature makes it a perfect option for most schools as it deters children from removing the label completely and this product has proven incredibly popular for hundreds of schools/universities across the country. As I advised, the material which we use for this product is not a paper and is In fact a premium security material (a synthetic vinyl). However, we will take your comments on board and our marketing team will review our descriptions to see if these can be improved in any form.
