“I have had two of these and they break at the hinge crashing the camera and the Garmin to the tarmack. There is a real weakness in this product. PLUS they do not ship it with a Camera mount - really! so if you want that you have to order it separately and pay a $25 shipping fee -- a total ripoff considering the camera mount cost $17. I brought this up to support and they basically blew me off.”
“Not particulary impressed. For that money, I would have expected to be able to connect the Fly12 directly to it, but apparently I also need to buy a universal adaptor too. That really should have come with it.
On the plus side, it is a sturdy mount and attaches securely.
It also took 3 weeks to arrive, but that seems to have been a delay with Royal Mail's North West parcel hub rather than Cycliq's fault.”
“Fixing a Garmin on the Duo Mount is a huge mistake! It's impossible to fix properly, you'll always have vibrations during the entire ride...
To avoid vibrations I had to buy another mount from a different brand (to use my Garmin with Fly12 CE on the same mount together)”
