“The mount holds the cycliq well, but always seemed a bit flimsy. The tightening screw is very small and fine threaded and feels like it would strip out very easily. My first mount cracked at the hinge after about 5 years of street riding. I would not recommend this mount for off-road riding.”
“This newer Fly12CE handlebar mount is much better than the earlier versions. I've probably bought 3 handlebar mounts already because they're usually cheaply made, but this newer one seems to hold up so far as to when I take on and off my Fly12CE. However, I hold the handlebar mount in place before I take off the Fly12CE because if I don't, it seems to twist the mount a bit. It doesn't twist it as much as the older crappier handlebar mounts, but I'm tired of buying these things if this ends up breaking. If this handlebar mount breaks in less than a year, I'm going to find another camera go to with.”
