“I purchased this following a recommendation by a Cycliq Customer Service person. The on/ff button on my Cycliq Fly 12 fell apart ands so I contacted Cycliq to see if a spare part was available. Cycliq no longer held spares for my Fly 12. The Customer Service person suggested I cut a small piece of rubber to insert into the on/off switch and to purchase the silicone cover to protect it from the weather. It has worked extremely well. For a small cost my issue has been resolved.”
