“Unfortunately, these are plastic and break easily. Not suitable for off road, rough gravel etc.
They should have an aluminium option. I've broken a couple of these.”

One of the prongs on the Universal mount side has fractured. The connection has to be reasonably tight so that the light does not droop when riding.
A metal connection would be much better than quite thin plastic in a mounting that is subjected to a lot of vibration and shock.

“This is quite a badly manufactured product as it breaks easily. The chosen material should be higher quality plastic than what it is being used now. Personally, I've broken at least 3 and most of my friends at least 2. We have instead used some 3D printed version now. Cycliq should really get this replaced....very lousy quality.”
