“I would love to rate this higher however I never received this item nor the other items I ordered. The order was placed on October 31st. 2 weeks later the order hadn't been sent out. I emailed customer service (November 13) and was told it should be about 2 weeks becuase some items were out of stock. 2 weeks later I reached out twice (Novemeber 29, December 5) and to date have received no response. I am only posting this review in the hopes that I'll actually receive a response and possibly even the items I ordered and paid for.”

“I haven’t received the items yet and i placed the order on October 28th. I’ve reached out, and was informed there is a back order and DAVINCI should be getting an order of batteries around November 14th. It’s November 30th now and I don’t even have an estimated date of shipping or anything. I can’t use my $300 dollar product without the batteries.”

“I use my DaVinci Vape alone. I was hoping to get 7+ sessions from one charge, but all I get is 3-4. I've used DaVinci vapes since the "juice box" model came out, and I thought that model was terrific and each subsequent model that I was was an improvement on terrific. I'm always glad to enjoy my sessions.”

“Have 5 batteries with the davinci charger seem to stop working the davinci iq2 when batteries drop there charges to two bars you need to switch out so 5 batteries with charging system allows you to never be without power when you're at that time of needing your dose”
