“The batteries I purchased are well made. They do require frequent recharging. I had never replaced a battery before and when I did the other silver piece opposite to it came off. I wrote customer service. My IQ is under warranty but I did not want to be without it. I use it for seizures and cannot be without it. I inquired if there was glue? I was told a food safe glue. I looked it up and it seems to be working. Gorilla Glue Clear.”
