“Battery does not take a charge. I have contacted support and sent an email but have not received a reply. The battery was expensive by my measure and shipping was not free. I do hope that Davinci will back their product and send a replacement? I will wait and report accordingly. Thank you, Geoff Seelinger”

“I have had 2 batters go bad in a short time . ! 1 after i dropped it. 2 after charging the battery life became about 1/4 the power . I like the DAVINCI IQ Vaporizer but hate the battery life .”
