“When purchased their web site was not functioning for registration Power switch not operating correctly + battery door would not open Sent a video as requested to tech, never got a response Requested a RMA to return and was granted. Shipped the same day July 9th Tracking showed they received July 12th, 3 days later I finally called on July 23rd. They 1st stated they did not receive. I had to email them copies of drop off receipt, received receipt and give them RMA because they could not find. Now I need to wait 4 to 5 days for the refund. Hey maybe they are having production or quality issues. Note they will allow returns only within a 14 day period”

“I sure don’t miss the ashes and risen mess. I didn’t realize how much Smoking was hurting my breathing apparatus. Lowered my resistance and sure made The medicine go down easier. Yes I do recommend your quality vaporizers versus the cheap ones.✌️”
