“The holder is not a sealed container. The engineering is poor and ineffectual, particularly in regards to the molded plastic tabs meant to retain the plastic center in the aluminium shell. One of the dosage pod lids included with mine had a manufactured defect where it was missing one of the two small retaining nubs that allow the lid to securely close. I'd love to get that replaced, but having been dealing with support for quite some time (primarily waiting for replies and receiving requests for information already submitted), in regards to my malfunctioning IQ2, I'm just so fatigued from that process already that this issue just seems hopeless. Would have also been nice if they had included a tool(s) better suited to loading, tamping, and cleaning the dosage pods rather than anouther tiny pick tool which is also included with the IQ2.”
