“The inner sliding part is only held in to the outer casing by two very tiny plastic tabs that look like they will easily break over time. No option to buy it with steel pods or empty if you didn't want the ceramic pods. The caps for the ceramic pods come off far too easily since they don't screw down like the steel pods, seems like they'll be easy to lose them if you aren't extra careful filling them or swapping pods on-the-go. It would have been nice if a funnel or scoop tool was included to help load the pods as it's very tedious to do without making a mess.”
